I came across yoga several times in my life, but we bonded for good with the onset of the pandemic. At that time I discovered its salutary effect not only on the fitness of the body, but also on peace of mind and inner balance. Inspired by my son Julek, who enjoyed practicing with me, I decided to share this treasure with other children. I completed such teacher trainings as: “How to creatively teach yoga to children” with Marta Malgorzata Miglula, “Animal Kids Yoga” with Goao Guimaraes, “Practical Yoga Course for Children” with Krzysztof Sylwestrzak, and “Accredited Yoga Teacher Training for Children and Adolescents” with Emilia Burkiewicz. In the meantime, I taught classes for children at a local elementary school.
In the process of developing my own practice, I ended up at Yoga Shala, where I met Ania Chomczyk. Our meeting could be the main thread for a script of a Hitchcock movie. First there was an earthquake, and then the tension would only intensify. Overtime, it turned out that yoga has become my life-style. I quickly completed the Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher’s Course at the 5 Elements School in Krakow, Poland, and in August 2022 I practiced Ashtanga Yoga under Sharath Jois at Sharath Yoga Center in India. In September 2022, I took the Yoga in Sling Teacher Training Course with Krzysztof Sylwestrzak.
Yoga in precarious times allowed me to calm down, boost my self-confidence, regain balance back to my family life. By practicing yoga you gain respect for yourself, your body and your space. Both you and your respective ecosystem change. For me personally, sharing my passion with my students gives me incredible energy. I love what I do, and I love to observe the changes that happen before my eyes in the bodies and minds of yoga practitioners. And those miracles do happen!

Goenka, tantra by Luchis Pustota, tantra for women with Diana Czerkashina and Thai yogic massage with Kanya Krongboon, and Yeshe Nuad Thai massage with Hania Łubek.
“Thanks to yoga, I have found not only stability of the body and mind, but also confidence and trust in my inner self. Daily practice gives me peace and tranquility, and every progress – both my own one and my students’ – gives me great joy, satisfaction and lots of energy. Regular practice perfectly corrects postural defects, so in class I pay a lot of attention to the correct alignment of the body and spine, so that everyone will experience the benefits of yoga to the fullest.”

I came across yoga a few years ago for a completely ordinary reason: back pain. However, I immediately felt that I had hit the jackpot. I started looking for different teachers on the Internet, went to workshops and practiced at home. Finally, I decided it was time to practice in a real school under the supervision of an experienced teacher. And that’s how I came to Yoga Shala for ashtanga classes with Ania Chomczyk. Ashtanga has been my passion ever since, which I am constantly developing. I took part in numerous workshops: with Krystian Mesjasz, Marek Łaskawiec, Monika Popławska, Kasia Bem and Matthew Sweeney. I completed the RYT 200 teacher course with Ewa Jaros at Ashtanga Yoga Studio in Warsaw and Yin Yoga teaching courses. The latter makes my life calmer, with more time for relaxation and reflection. I feel great after such a session, which is why I am happy to share it during classes.

Sri Sri Yoga originated in India, but is popular all over the world. It nurtures all the values with which each of us was born, thus restoring us to our own nature. A fit body and a calm well-functioning mind are just some of the benefits of practicing yoga systematically.

Yoga has appeared in my life several times. First during philosophy studies, in the form of Indian philosophy, and later as a single class that I attended with friends. I started developing a regular practice about 6 years ago. It introduced many positive changes both in my psyche and overall health. As I delved deeper and deeper into the arcana of Vinyasa yoga, which involves the inextricable connection between movement and breathing, I appreciated its meditative power and the inexhaustible possibilities of adapting this type of practice to the individual needs of each yogi. Currently, I am a certified RYT 200 Vinyasa teacher associated with the international organization Yoga Alliance. I run group classes in the open formula, yoga for the spine and yoga for seniors. In addition, I am developing towards relaxation using Tibetan singing bowls. Above all, I appreciate the joyful energy of joint practice and I am extremely happy with every, even the smallest, progress of the participants of my classes.

I have been a yogi and trainer of conscious bodywork for over 11 years.
Many years of working with people as a trainer and observing people’s movement needs resulted in the creation of my own method of working with the body, which relieves tension resulting from a stressful lifestyle and helps maintain or even regain previous fitness, regardless of age and current limitations of the musculoskeletal system. I conduct original meditations that increase body awareness and are effective in releasing emotions.

I am an instructor, enthusiast and practitioner of the art of Yoga. I encountered it over 10 years ago, and for 3 years I have been passing on knowledge and skills to others. As a student, I am interested in acquiring knowledge about the functioning and anatomy of the human body, the mechanisms and laws of the mind, and I develop my practice under the supervision of teachers. The art of yoga has revalued my life. This practice developed many positive qualities in me; willpower, inquisitiveness, the ability to enjoy the present moment and see reality as it is. He is still a demanding, wise and good teacher for me.
In the past, despite my interest in various forms of exercise, I fell in love with the “chair and desk culture” and all the “benefits” associated with it. The body began to weaken and send signals that change was needed. Since there are no coincidences, I will simply say that yoga came at the perfect time. Daily practice began to make my body gain strength, flexibility and freedom, and my mind became focused and calm.
Currently, what I experience and understand in this art, I pass on during classes. The wide range offered by this method allows us to strengthen the body, gain mobility, free it from injuries and diseases, and give it lightness and balance in everyday activities. Let the classes be an inspiration and encouragement for you to look for what you really need. Because everyone has their own yoga.

I was never fascinated by sports, I didn’t like competing in competitions and I thought I was just not a sporty girl. However, over 4 years ago I discovered yoga and it turned out that it is not only a sport but a way of life – peace, balance, inner strength, overcoming weaknesses and recharging energy. The closest thing to me is yoga in scarves, which I practice regularly. I also completed the Scarf Yoga Instructor Course to be able to conduct such classes.
Another of my interests is mindfulness. I have been meditating for 10 years. I completed a series of MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) training sessions with a certified Mindfulness teacher and numerous workshops improving mindfulness and relaxation techniques: “A comprehensive relaxation course using the Shultz and Jacobson method”; “Trainer of relaxation methods for children and adolescents”; “Mindfulness training in working with children and adolescents”; “Mindfulness at school”. I combined yoga and relaxation by completing the “Yoga Resorative” training for yoga teachers. For years, I have also been conducting classes for children on various topics and I found my passion in conducting yoga for children – I have completed various courses in this field and read many books. I run Yoga in scarves for children and the series of meetings “Discover the World with YogaShala” here. Combining all of the above interests, I completed a Family Yoga course and I also invite you to this type of classes.
Privately, I am a psychotherapist for children and adolescents, I have guinea pigs and I love Thailand.

My adventure with yoga began 8 years ago. Much earlier, there was contemporary dance, then other forms of exercise, fitness, rebirth, until at some point in my life I realized that a lot of exercise was not good for me. That’s why I chose a healthy spine and yoga. At first he was unconvinced. The habits of living on the run, in constant rush, harder, more intensely did not allow me to stop and let go. Despite initial difficulties with mindfulness, I subconsciously felt that this was my path. Yoga took up more and more space in my life and eventually became a real passion and finally a profession. The Sri Shankar breathing and meditation workshop conducted by Jagoda Rogowska played a significant role in deepening my practice at the energetic level. The priceless technique of Sudarshan Kriya is with me every day.
I have been a yoga instructor for over 2 years. My favorite style is vinyasa, I love these smooth transitions to subsequent asanas combined with the rhythm of breathing. I also conduct yin yoga and spine practices. I am happy to get involved in programs for seniors to also share the benefits of yoga, awaken their vitality and strengthen their life forces.
In September, I completed a certified yoga therapist course under the supervision of Dr. Rajesh Kumar from India. I learned about yoga as medicine and its supportive effects in various diseases. It turns out that the human body is a factory of medicines, and properly selected practice works wonders. Once again, I experienced first-hand that it doesn’t take much, no great effort, no pain, no sweat to give what is valuable and what leads us to a healthy body and mind. Sometimes it takes very little to change everything.
