How to begin?
Yogi’s path

Want to practice ashtanga yoga?
Start with a month-long introductory course, where you will learn the ashtanga method step by step. After a month, you will be able to repeat the course or move on to a higher level (Ashtanga LED, Ashtanga ½ and Mysore classes). You can take the introductory course a maximum of 3 times.

Want to practice gently, without introductory courses?
Join us for yoga for the spine (hatha yoga)! No prior yoga experience is required to take the class. Bring your own mat and loose exercise clothes. You will make your spine more flexible and feel better.

Want to fly above the ground?
Yoga on flying hammocks is for you! It’s a combination of hatha yoga, Pilates, acrobatics and rehabilitation. Reserve your spot in advance (groups are up to 10 people).

Private yoga
Do you want individual attention, focus on your needs, and times that are convenient for you? Or maybe you want to practice yoga with friends in a group of up to 4 people? Contact us to arrange the details.

Moondays (full moon and new moon), are traditionally rest days from the practice of ashtanga yoga.
On these days Ashtanga LED and Mysore classes are cancelled. Other classes on schedule remain unchanged.
Upcoming Moondays:
Thursday, January 11: NEW MOON
Thursday, January 25: FULL MOON

Ashtanga yoga
The main method we teach at our school.
It is a very traditional style of yoga, which is based on a combination of movement and breath. We practice a fixed sequence, which we slowly develop under the guidance of a teacher.
Mysore
That is, the individual practice of Ashtanga yoga, to which you are invited after the first month of the introductory course. Each person is taught individually, gets manual adjustments and guidance tailored to their needs. Mysore classes are the essence of the Ashtanga yoga method. Yes, you need to learn the sequence by heart.
Aerial yoga
All asanas are performed by the means of a hammock, made of fine fabrics and suspended on the ceiling. The purpose of the sling is to relieve the practitioner’s joints and help them open up, feel a specific lightness of body and mind. Lifting from the ground while performing asanas, one can easily get away from everyday problems, and while exercising the body – clearing the mind.
Yoga for the spine
Yoga is a remedy for back pain. It strengthens and at the same time relaxes the tense back, and helps correct postural defects. Yoga is a great form of prevention, as all asanas (yoga positions) have a beneficial effect on the spine.
